Alongside my counselling practice, I am also a fully qualified supervisor. I am trained in the Hawkins and Shohet Seven-eyed Model of Supervision, which looks at the interactions between client, therapist, and supervisor in its various – direct or indirect - combinations. I work with the supervisee to develop a friendly, congruent, and respectful relationship which offers support, learning and being a professional colleague.
I have a wide range of supervisory experience from students, supporting them through their placements, to long standing experienced counsellors working for EAPs (Employment Assistance Programmes).
