Fiona Douglas FD Counselling
I see coaching as a supportive partnership between myself and my client – enabling my client to achieve their goals both in life and in work. Coaching can help a person change in the way they wish and to go in the direction they want to go, positively empowering the changes and enabling a person to move forward towards their goals.

Coaching differs from counselling as it is more forward looking and goal orientated, very much focussed on the here and now rather than in the past.

I have been coaching clients since 2015 and decided to formalise my practice with a Diploma in 2020.

How it works:

I offer a complementary initial half hour session where we can meet to ensure I am the right coach for you. Subsequent to that we can arrange ongoing sessions at a mutually convenient time.

£60 per session which lasts an hour. Discounts are given when multiple sessions are booked in advance – please enquire for details.

2020 Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching I am a member of the BACP coaching division.
